PLEASE SHOW CAUTION WITH ALL WORKS & PROCESSES.
INCIDENTS ARE ON THE RISE THIS MONTH ON UNITA SITES.
Please check tags on all of your electrical equipment DAILY.
Please ensure ALL documents on Hammer-Tech are SIGNED.
Please remove non-compliant ladders off site IMMEDIATELY.
Please show extreme caution with all tasks on DEMOLITION.
Please SLOW DOWN ON SITE and continue works SAFELY.
We all need a RE-SET on the pace of work to avoid incidents.
If you don't feel safe on site you MUST report to Management.

Please show mindful consideration and respect to site personnel, general public, and all client staff, regarding volume of radios, swearing profanities, and inappropriate discussions on UNITA Sites.
Reports have been made of foul language and conversations being heard thru shopping centre hoardings, and around various site areas.
Yelling vulgar language over high radio volumes has been reported as a serious issue, and shall result in radios banned from site as well as the personnel caught offending being red-flagged from UNITA projects permanently.

20th March 2025, Revo Nunawading - Drawing Update: Issue for Construction
We have received the IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings for the Nunawading Project. Please download and review the documents to ensure any changes are captured. Based on our review and what we have been advised, there are no changes from IFT (Issued for Tender) to IFC.
The most current programme has also been included in the shared folder for your reference.
Additionally, the drawings have been updated accordingly on HammerTech.
