	Harness / Fall Protection		Suitable harnesses and suitable lanyards must be worn when there is a risk of falling greater than 1.5m. Note that the correct harness and lanyard must be determined by the SWMS.
	Gloves	Every person is to have a pair of gloves on them	suitable for the tasks that the person may need or general work gloves for any person on sit – to be worn if SMMS or work procedures require them.
	Hearing Protection	Note that the site supervisor may require them to be used for extended periods if noise is being generated	Hearing protection to be on the person and used when required.
	Safety Glasses	Safety glasses or prescription safety glasses to be always worn	All Activities
