Please see the attached current Asbestos Survey Report that was completed 11/11/2025.
Please be mindful when demolishing the existing urinal trough in the ground floor amenities.
If bitumen is present, please advise immediately.

PLEASE SHOW CAUTION WITH ALL WORKS & PROCESSES.
INCIDENTS ARE ON THE RISE THIS MONTH ON UNITA SITES.

Please check tags on all of your electrical equipment DAILY.
Please ensure ALL documents on Hammer-Tech are SIGNED.
Please remove non-compliant ladders off site IMMEDIATELY.
Please show extreme caution with all tasks on DEMOLITION.
Please SLOW DOWN ON SITE and continue works SAFELY.

We all need a RE-SET on the pace of work to avoid incidents.

If you don't feel safe on site you MUST report to Management.
